Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to consultation services provided by Panel Hemlockpath Mining Review Co., Ltd., including fleet expansion consultations, thermal and ventilation reviews, power and breaker assessments, hardware sourcing assistance, and package bookings.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled on-site visit or remote session
• We cancel the appointment due to staff unavailability and cannot reschedule within 14 days at a time that works for you
• We fail to deliver a written report within the agreed timeframe (standard: 5 business days) without prior notice of delay

Partial Refund

A partial refund of 50% applies if:

• You cancel between 24 and 48 hours before a scheduled on-site visit
• You cancel a remote session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time but before the session begins

No Refund

Refunds are not available when:

• You cancel less than 24 hours before an on-site visit (travel and preparation costs are incurred)
• The on-site visit or remote session has already been conducted
• A written report has been delivered, regardless of whether you agree with its recommendations
• You fail to provide site access or required information, causing the assessment to be incomplete due to client-side factors

Hardware Sourcing Assistance

The ₩150,000 coordination fee is refundable if we have not yet contacted any distributor on your behalf. Once distributor contact begins, the coordination fee is non-refundable.

The 2% purchase-value fee is non-refundable once hardware has been ordered, as it covers authenticity verification and warranty registration work performed on delivery.

Deposits for hardware sourcing (30% of estimated purchase value) are refunded in full if you cancel before we place an order with a distributor. After an order is placed, deposit refund is subject to the distributor’s cancellation terms.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment
• One free reschedule is permitted per booking; additional reschedules may incur a ₩50,000 administrative fee
• No-show without prior notice forfeits the full service fee

Refund Process

1. Email info@panel-hemlockpath.click with your booking reference, service name, and reason for the refund request
2. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days
3. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to the original payment account within 10 business days

Work Already Started

If an on-site visit has begun and you request termination mid-assessment, you will be charged for time spent on-site at the hourly rate equivalent of the booked service, with any remainder refunded.

Purchased Materials

We do not purchase materials or hardware on your behalf as part of consultation services. If hardware sourcing assistance results in a completed purchase, refund of the hardware itself is governed by the distributor’s return policy, not ours.

Non-Refundable Items

• Rush delivery surcharges (30% urgency fee) once rush processing has begun
• Travel fees for visits beyond Gyeonggi Province, if travel has commenced
• Third-party contractor referrals — fees paid directly to electricians or HVAC installers are between you and the contractor

Exceptions

We may grant exceptions to this policy at our discretion for circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, medical emergencies, sudden regulatory changes affecting your mining operation). Contact us with documentation supporting your request.
