We provide independent mining equipment assessments, including fleet expansion consultations, thermal and ventilation reviews, power and breaker assessments, and hardware sourcing assistance. Our services are advisory in nature. We do not sell ASIC hardware, operate mining pools, or guarantee mining profitability.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, reports, thermal images, and assessment methodologies — is owned by Panel Hemlockpath Mining Review Co., Ltd. or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our written reports without written permission. Personal use of reports delivered to you as a paying client is permitted.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your mining setup, electrical infrastructure, and property constraints. You are responsible for obtaining landlord approval, electrical permits, and insurance coverage as required by your lease and local regulations. Our recommendations assume the accuracy of information you provide.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our assessments are based on conditions observed at the time of site visit or information provided during remote sessions. We are not liable for:

• Hardware failures, reduced hash rate, or mining pool downtime after you act on our recommendations
• Electrical incidents resulting from work performed by third-party contractors
• Changes in hardware availability, pricing, or distributor reliability after report delivery
• Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency mining in South Korea

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. No Warranty

Services and website content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our recommendations will result in specific hash rate outcomes, power savings, or return on investment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
